Impact Teams are the hands and feet of Spirit of Life. We believe every believer is uniquely equipped by God for His good works, and serving is how we align with His heart and purpose.
Through Impact Teams, we turn areas of service into opportunities that point people to Jesus — the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
We don’t serve to fill a position; we serve to impact eternity.
Our Impact Teams
Sunday Experience Teams
- Hospitality / Greeters – welcome guests at the doors, lobbies, and sanctuary.
- Ushers – assist with seating, giving, and service flow operations.
- Parking Team – create a safe, welcoming first impression outside.
- Coffee House – serve coffee, and connect with people.
- Next Steps / Welcome Center – answer questions, connect new people to groups & serving.
Worship & Production Teams
- Worship Team – singers and musicians leading worship.
- Production Team – sound, lighting, and visuals.
- Media & Livestream – manage cameras, streaming, and online experience.
- Photo & Video – capture Sunday experience, event pictures.
Discipleship & Community Teams
- Small Group Leaders / Hosts – lead or host community groups.
- Prayer (& Intercessor) Team – pray for weekly and urgent needs.
- Altar Team – pray for people during services.
- Follow-up Team – connect with first-time guests and prayer requests.
Operation & Support Teams
- Administration Team – office assistance, data entry, and communication support.
- Facilities Team – setup, teardown, maintenance, and cleaning.
- Safety & Security Team – keep a safe environment for services and events.
- Transportation Team – help with church van or special trips.
Kids & Student Ministry Teams
- Nursery / Preschool Team – care for infants and toddlers with love.
- Elementary Kids Team – teach Bible lessons, lead activities, and small groups.
- Check-in Team – help families register and safely check kids in/out.
- Special Events Team – serve at kids camps, VBX, and seasonal events.
- Youth / Students Team – lead small groups, have fun! (responsibly), and events.
Outreach & Missions Teams
- Local Outreach Team – food drives, community events, service projects.
- Missions Team – support global missions and short-term trips.
- Events Team – plan and host community-wide outreach events.
